Because of their motor trade experience PARFAS was a natural choice as a security provider. They also came recommended by Purchase Direct and the fact that they can provide both engineering and monitoring in-house is a great advantage as companies who don’t do both tend to blame each other when problems arise. Initially we didn’t want to upgrade all our kit in one go as the payback argument is weak (not enough theft and vandalism!) so we feel PARFAS do the best they can with the kit they’ve got to work with.

PARFAS were recommended to us through our insurance provider and quickly took matters in hand for us. They provided a bespoke solution to run the site by solar power for a few months and then later converted to a low voltage installation. Our security costs have reduced and now we have full peace of mind that the site is being monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
